I'm a newbie in terms of personal finance ,but want to gain knowledge ,skills about it , If i search in internet there's a plethora of books ,courses which makes me confused on whether to take it or no. So from your experience and knowledge What are some of the best resources to learn about personal finances from scratch?

@Leech  The personal finance ones , like to manage in taking care of the bills  , to make investments for future ,to make wise decisions on purchases ,etc..
