Hi! Here are my favorite ideas from "Eat Move Sleep" by Tom Rath. You can think of it as a manual for how to maximize your energy and well-being, through eating right, moving more, and sleeping better. I hope you enjoy!

P.S. It qualifies for a spot among my top 3 favorite books, and I consider it a must read for everyone who wants to stay fully engaged in daily living. :)

@Frode I like to watch these much more when you aren't trying so hard to stick to a script and you just follow some bullet points. You sound more energetic and human. Even if you make mistakes and forget what you were going to say, it's still better.

Good job. I actually want to read this. :)

To be sure; did you mean that you didn't enjoy it as much before - when I was sticking to a script - as now - when I'm not sticking to a script? 

Or did you mean that it seems like I am using a script right now? 

And it's good to hear you'll read the book. You won't regret it ^^
