Genious Polish Engineer : Non newtonian car bumper

Sadly the video is only in Polish - as the self taught engineer and Physics scientist is polish - there are no subtitles, but you can follow along visually. I'll put some effort to translate the gist of it and briefly paraphrase it even though I have pretty much zero background in science, but this has sparked my curiosity ever since my father showed me this a few years ago.

What you see in the first seconds of the clip is a two decade old car bumper technology that allows the vehicle to collide with a speed up to 60km/h - with it's driver without a seatbelt - to go almost completely intact.

It's more than an original bumper. as at it's core is new physical phenomenon untill then unknown   ( IDK if it has gone mainstream yet )

Thanks to the history of science we are aware that the greater the breakthrough in science, the greater the pushback, backlash and resistance from the mainstream will innitially be.

 

" Note that Newton has ONLY studied the interactions between TWO physical bodies. ( Probably due to lack of technology and resources )  And all the observation and conclusions that he has withdrawn as his "Three Laws"  are TRUE ONLY IN THE CONTEXT of TWO SINGLE PHYSICAL BODIES." 

Lucjan's  claim is that three or more physical bodies are governed by TOTALLY different laws. Nothing to do with Newton's laws.

So that you understand these last two sentences in the context of the car collision with the special bumper : 

The moving car is body 1.

The wall that is being crashed into ( that is anchored to the globe ) is number 2.

The misterious third body in this scenario is a super small free spinning bearing rotator. ( 8:03 in the video ) 

And it's  this bearing  that is capable of transmitting about 90% of the kinetic energy from the collision into simply spinning.

He also explains how to apply a similar mechanism for car brakes and also how to aid a vehicles movement with it.

As big car companies started to be interested in his invention, he started getting many offers, but he was forced to decline them because of shady contracts and lack of transparency ( as in hiding further discoveries of this fenomenon from him )

Aparently the Secret Service and the Army took interest in his invetions and confiscated everything, to be used only for their own aske instead of making it mainstream to the public.

Conspiracy theory ? I don't know.
