Kundalini Meditation Or Dynamic Meditation

I have been doing dynamic meditation for 5 days and it is utterly tiring and I'm not able to do it.

so I wanted to get some information about kundalini meditation. Can I do? Who is it for? What's the purpose of kundalini?

all this while I've been doing the "do nothing technique" and I'm screwed. So I wanted to get some information about kundalini? Are there any side effects?

@Hardik jain Don't make meditation that complicated. If you wanna awaken kundalini do some Pranic breathing, or something similar (Naked reality has a video on that ).
Go to leo's newest video on meditation, and do the guided meditation there. Download the audio, and do that for a month. Then you can literally do any type of meditation you want ,you will have the basic understanding of letting go and differentiate between awareness and thinking. You will be able to feel into presence. Once you posses that skill, all techniques become infinitely less important.
