Very very hard. In my personal opinion, I recommend you to do as much as personal growth as spiritual work, otherwise you are going to become unstable. At least, I have struggled a lot with spiritual bypassing and balancing your avataric life is really important

Certain psychedelics are really good for that type of work, but you have to focus your intention on finding them.
