What is your crash course recommendation to get ppl hooked on profound realizations?

Im tailoring a little crash course for my friends to get caught up with this stuff, like "if you only have 1 hour a week to learn everything you need to know to get started, whats your first month look like?"

Im working on being a life-coach and want my friends to get the most powerful content in shortest amount of time...

So far here is what I have...

David Hawkins Theories Explained (Part 1 and Part 2) (im just going to link Part 1, but Part 2 excellent as well!)

 

Another amazing amazing AMAZINNGG video, Joe Dispenza on Bilyeu's show for the ELI5 'what is my brain doing and how does it work"

 

 

Then this one is more on the inspirational/provoking curiosity one , to lead people into actually *doing* the Wim Hof method. Simply put "Wim Hof method is a Cheat Code for giving me Super Powers" - **Couldn't Agree More!!**

 

 

Like I said, I am trying to get my friends (and later on, clients) hooked into this stuff by showing them THE BEST content for making it simple enough they can digest. *Planting the highest-quality seeds to a Fully Actualized Life*

 

Later on, Ill look to supplement in technique breakdowns and such, but its like "If I have *one* opportunity to blow somebodys mind outta the water, what would I show them?"

 

 

Now the question is, What would *you* recommend to blow somebodys mind with a crash course to get them hooked... ?? 

 

(consider presentation and how ADHD everybody is and keeping it short and sweet as possible, down to under 1 hour in a single setting to leave a profound impact)

OR if you dont have a particular video to recommend, what would you say is Game-Changing to learn that everybodys need to know? (Or a person who is legendary enough to sort through their content and find an absolutely killer video)

The realization that you are God is all you need. Everything is infinite beauty, infinitely perfect, infinitely divine, and a reflection of yourself.

What is so astonishing is that one could take the magic of reality for granted, and thus, not see the magic. It blows my mind how unaware most people are. I find it amazing how even I, myself, having knowing this and experiencing it, can easily slip back into unawareness of the magic, where I take the miracle of existence for granted. That should be enough to interest your friends. You don’t need a crash course. It is better if it comes from you than some video.

To answer your question though, The Book of Not Knowing and Leo’s video on Life is a Maze will be sufficient.

I think one good technique to blow someone's mind quickly is a guided 30 minutes shamanic Breathing session. 

It's great because it doesn't need too much of an open mind as let's say psychedelics require.

@KoryKat the videos you shared in general are too deep for someone new to self-help. 

Just provide some short simple videos will do.
