How to be a strong motherfucker (and nofap )

I'm no expert on nutritions and fitness..this thread is just to share what worked for me personally to gain more muscle weight and becoming stronger.
Two years ago..i was 45 kg!!..super skinny dude..like a fucking stick. So lethargic all the time. 

Now..im 25 yo..75 kg!!..more muscular and stronger than ever..without even going to the gym!!. Here is how I did it:
1 - stop fapping. I talked about it before. When you nut (especially too much) your body starts replenishing the lost semen by consuming nutritions from your vital organs. And that's why you feel weak and drained with a lifeless face if you are fapping all the time. It takes 30 days for sperm cells to fully mature..ejaculate more than twice a week and notice how your seminal fluid turns yellow and watery ..means there is low sperm count. Ejaculate less and notice how your semen turns white and creamy(thick)..means a lot of sperm . Fapping is really not worth it especially in young age.

2-eat the fucking meat!!. I don't care what vegans have to say..meat is the shit. High in protein which is the essential nutrition to growing muscle..without it..your muscles will simply not grow no matter how much time you spend working your ass out. You can get high quality natural protein only from the following resources :meat..eggs..milk..cheese. yes..plants and nuts also contain protein..but it's way lesser and lower in quality. Protein is not only one type. There is plenty of protein molecules with different names and values..the best are found in animal products.
As a side note..if you don't eat these foods mentioned above..get ready for erectile dysfunction and loss of libido. Don't forget that masturbation is not the only cause of ED..your lifestyle playes a huge role. Not having a good diet consisting of meat is gonna turn you into a limp dick pussy. 

3-sleep like a baby: in fact that's what my dad always say to me..sleep all you want when you are still young ..cuz when you grow up ..you won't be able to sleep. If you slept less than 8 hours last night..you are legally drunk !!.

4-excersie. Push ups are great. Pull ups. Cardio.liffting some heavy shit are essential to grow a strong physique.

5 -be a man of principle and honor. If you stand for nothing. You fall for anything and everything. Follow these rules:
1-don't give a flying shit about other's opinions on you.
2-always speak your heart .
3-never explain yourself .
4-be clear and straightforward in your talk. Don't beat around the bush. Don't half-ass stuff.
5-don't say fapping is ok in moderation kinda shit.
6-never follw a rules given to you by a random guy on the internet..unless you are convinced about them. Be a critical thinker mtfuckr

It's a very grounded, unshakable masculinity if it has to depend on eating meat ;)

I wasn't exaggerating.  Meat is essential to both men and women for optimal health .it contains essential amino acids that are necessary for the muscle tissue.  It also boosts your libido and sexual energy  .for both women and men .

You're just manifesting all the no-fap benefits from your belief in no-fap bringing you benefits.  Be honest, did you believe no-fap will give you "benefits" before you started no-fap?  ..Exactly.

No-fap is actually unhealthy, shrinks your dick, and lowers your testosterone levels.

 

About 5-7 days after ejaculating, testosterone peaks, reaching around 145% of baseline levels.  If you never masturbate, you'll never experience this benefit.  Your dick will also experience minimal blood-flow, and shrink from underuse.  Your blood vessels are the main thing responsible for penile function/size, and they adapt to the needs you place upon them, just like muscles.

As for semen retention.. you've increased your risk of cancer, and have basically told your body you're not interested in sex and it should not make sexual function a priority.

 

Any improvements you made to you life have been in spite of no-fap.

Nofap kinda works like a placebo. But that doesn't affect that it actually works .  

Semen is your very sexual energy and I think you don't disagree with me on that .

Now what happens if you cum all the time ?  You empty out your testicles and partially castrat yourself. 

Just give it a try . Go three months without fapping. And I promise you ,you will feel on top of the world.

As far as the meat thing goes it really is true from my own personal experience as well. I used to weigh 60 kilos at185 cm tall as a vegan(was vegan for 4.5 years, started eating animal products again last spring. I was somewhere between retired marathon runner and skinny fat nerd in terms of physique. I was lethargic, could not recover from workouts. Literally became sick the next day if I went for some reverse pullups. Training just made me very tired instead of giving me energy. Today I weigh 80 kilos, I mostly eat a lot of chicken, broccoli, salmon, eggs, bananas, oranges, potatoes, rice, beef, bell peppers. Occasionally I do Whey protein shakes as well. It really is night and day for me, I am strongest I've ever been and training now gives me more energy instead of making me feel energy deprived. I think protein quality & fats are the two most important things animal products have that vegan food lacks. 20 grams of protein is not the same from lentils as from chicken, that's for sure. You have to eat a lot more volume of food as a vegan also. Not only do you need to do that to get good amount of protein and all amino acids but also because most healthy vegan foods are not calorie dense. Unless you're eating tons of avocados and nuts I found it hard to maintain weight as a vegan. For me high carb diets(which my vegan eating style was) is great for short term energy but the body will decay in the long run because you get a lot of energy to do stuff but not enough material(quality protein, fats, vitamin A) to sustain the body properly. Also you get no creatine as a vegan since it is in animal products only which sucks because creatine improves cognitive function and the ability to do more reps in the gym.

I love it!

Sexual-mental health is extremely important. As far as the no-fap goes, I experimented with it and noticed no benefits, but that could be due to strong sexual and relationship confidence, lack of personal guilt or shame for masturbation, and the fact that I often have a girlfriend anyway. As long as you can do no-fap, that's all that's required, imo. But many I guess just can't stop masturbating (to porn) once they start, so no-fap is for them.

 

I will suggest though (twimc, not necessarily you), if you do end up jerking off to porn (or just masturbating...or even having sex), after you finish don't immediately just go about your daily life! Mindfully rest in the post-orgasm calm for an extended period of time, not just to enjoy it, but for two reasons: 1. to ease into the transition back into daily life and intentionally leave whatever dispositions (which may arise during extreme arousal) behind that you don't want to transfer to your daily life, and 2. to mindfully reflect on exactly how your state was changed during the sexual interaction and relax any leftover edginess -- use deep belly breathing throughout... The overall purpose and intention of this "technique" is to not bring excessive images experienced back into your daily life.

^^^ That's not really an instruction per se, it's simply a rough description of something I've intuitively done organically/automatically for quite some time... and I'm sharing it because I detect a correlation with its development, and my own mental and physical health, ease, and energy. For instance, although I'm someone who practically discourages no-fap, I have at some point clearly noticed a significant negative effect on confidence, mood, and mindfulness when masturbating (especially to porn) and then immediately taking a shower... fwiw. Perhaps consider avoiding that if it's something you do, and see how it goes, just out of curiosity. I don't really know the precise mechanism behind that phenomena, but it seems as if: while you're closing your eyes and washing your hair and doing the repetitive tasks necessary to take a shower, and the mind is allowed to wander, leftover sexual images and remnants of the sexual headspace can sort of solidify in the mind and create lasting tension and who knows what else. But it's not as important to take time to transition from actual sex to life, as it is to do so from porn to life -- i.e. by all means take a shower with your partner after sex if that's the plan, though even in that case it's still probably best to take at least a few minutes to actively cuddle in bed with them or whatever. So while I am very much not a proponent of no-fap, there are at least some stipulations... it seem porn and masturbation and even sex have avenues for causing harm, but I believe there are ways around that, as alluded to above.
