Career choices when you wake up from the dream?

3 posts in this topic

I have a sales job or what Leo would define as exploitation. I definitely see it too.

What are my options as God/The Dream Maker???

On the one hand, I can payoff my student loans and credit card debt probably by this summer.

I can travel and have a lot of free time to do whatever I want.

Maybe I'll visit Vegas for a couple months, retreats, so forth. I like it and also really helps to destroy social anxiety.

@PenguinPablo you can work this job for awhile, but if it’s that exploitative, at some point I’d start making an exit strategy.

So step one would be to figure out what you rather be doing than this job. Leo’s LP course might help with that.

Step two would be to leverage the financial resources you are bringing in to start your new project, whatever that may be.

Basically be strategic about the money you are bringing in. Any business you start is likely going to require a decent amount of startup capital. So I would make wise decisions with your spending.

I wouldn't take Leo's assertions so literally .. all business are exploiting for profit to some extent (even what you call high consciousness ones).

Remember, you are dreaming up Leo ... be willing to carve out your own path that is authentic to you .. could be sales, could be something else.
