he has gone from the normal exploit the workers to exploit the customers

customers are the ones being shafted

any bright entrepreneur can step in here and cut down those profit margins back to the market level

and save the customers a ton of cash in the process

moral of the story? if you have a say in the matter, don't use this credit card processing company

It's has been 7 years, if "any" entrepreneur could step in and do it they would have done it already. If a business model that last 7 years and is still going is "doomed to fail" I know plenty of people that would give their left nut for one of these doomed to fail opportunities.
