Become intimate with that feeling of discomfort - notice exactly what it feels like in the body, and where exactly you feel it. If you notice pockets of tension in certain places in your body, allow those areas to relax and breathe. Notice any emotions that might also arise as you do this, and just allow them to be felt.

The key is to feel.

The not knowing is the best feeling ever, because it has mysterious and adventurous feeling in it. It is you who thinks that it is something bad, because you fear the worst all the time. As it was already answered above - SURRENDER! Things lose their negativity when you surrender. That is because the unconfortable feeling comes from resisting, so stop resisting bro : ) As an example lottery games wouldn't be so fun, if you knew the outcome already. So knowing robs out the thrill from the equation and you don't want that. Also not knowing is not some particular stage in life, but it is basic feature of life, so you better to accept it.

Thanks brah, it give me some comfort of not knowing is natural and I am not insane with this chaotic energy in my body.

Next thing I want you to do is to explain what exactly are you going through right NOW and maybe I can help in relieving some more tension from your body. What are you resisting? How would you want your life to unfold? I need little more context so I could more presicely give more useful advice to you. So lets dive little bit deeper to your mind and its thought process so we see where the main "problem" exists. When that problem is spotted it may dissapear incredibly fast : )

@Kksd74628 I love your sensitivity. Actually my body very tense right now, especially in my foot. Sometimes I unaware how tense it is and my feet move up little bit for so long.

What I resist? My energy feel resisting something, but I find nothing when I explore my mind. 

I am in new city and this is like new phase of my life when I let all of things behind. The way I think is so much different,  maybe in this phase I can say now I can think independently .. and obviously new way of living since I learn not to dependence from my parents financially. 

Maybe this is something correlated with my relationship with my ex, since I mold so much for her just to have a relationship with her. My way of thinking and what I like and dislike become like her just to survive the relationship. I become more isolated and more 'not me'. Now it's not I moving from that because some of it actually I need for my self. Now it's like integrating the lesson to say. 

I don't know how to dig in my mind anymore.

That already was very good introspection, my lovely bro! First thing that got to my mind is that first time you try to be independent and, if I would be you I would most likely think that am I ready for this change. Also knowing that the "safety net" is not as close as it used to be can bring some doubt, but you should only see what is happening right NOW and not think too much about the future, because knowing that you will be okay should make you more calm  : )

It seems also that you see this whole change as a "test" for yourself and you may fear to see your true strenght which could be lower than you have thought. Actually the strenght does not matter at this point, because you are strenghtening already, because everything to this point has been right decision, because you did what you wanted to do and also you had guts to do like that.

Next guestion - How do you know that the feeling in your body is negative and resisting something. Answer like "it feels like it" is not enough, because that can come from your own judgement of the feeling. Feel the feeling little bit and understand that it is okay to feel it, because as long as you think it is bad feeling you resist it. So it is not like the energy is resisting something, but you are resisting the energy and the energy increases from that resisting you do.

I also have some fear with this. And at this point I want to discover what is my nature. How I work psychologically.. What is my core self.. And I want the truth.. I sense that I deluded myself of how I think I am is.

It take some time to think and feel this. It take consciousness. I found you right. This feeling is okay for me to feel and I am fine feeling this. My lower body feel more relaxed, some energy liberated, wow!

You have done extremely good progress in just 6 hours today : ) ! I am proud of you, my friend. Remember that it doesn't matter what you find when you find your deepest state, because you already successed in your goal of finding your own nature; undrestanding that should completely delete your fear about it, because you see it as illogical. Also because you made progress alone only just with my little push it proves that you have very much strenght, but you haven't found it and therefore you don't believe to it yet.

Also what comes to your ex situation I would advice you not to try save relationship too much, if it feels like collapsing 24/7. Imagine apartment house that needs all the time some external support. Would you go inside, if not live there? By that I mean there is no problem in trying to give something to relationship, but whole relationship shouldn't be based on your support alone, because that makes it stressing. Your contemplation about it was right, because yeah that makes you less "yourself".

Your intuition is good damn well. My first time people know well the feeling of my deep shit haha. My pain feel heared and I am happy about it :D

What do you think about not having people that I belong? Since child I feel somewhat outsider, no one feel like home. And this is cause so much stress in myself. There is no space to be myself. I am constantly become someone else just to be accepted and have people to talk to. No one interested with my thinking and people talking about me behind that I am lil bit weird. It hurts me. 

When I meet people that I feel safe with them, it's very rare occasion. But the conversation is always deep, meaningful and full of empathy. Weirdly, just observe them or be near them.. I can learn something.

I have felt the same my whole my life until I finally understood to question that is being "outsider" really negative thing? Answer is VERY LOUD NO! It means that you are interested in things that aren't popular and that proves that at least you really have something you are really interested. People who follow others like a sheeps most likely will never understand the beauty of being and just existing. I don't care what some models say that you need acceptance from others, because I have strong opinion that you don't even need/care about others opinions after you accept yourself and see yourself as a KING! 

One good trick to make your life to seem extremely interesting to yourself is to think it like watching some really exciting movie and seeing it from first person view. Don't kid with me, because I know that there has happened lot of things that could count as a movie in your life when you really think about them. It's movie about main character facing really hard stuff, but still evolving and the most beautiful thing is that at some point that character will understand that the whole path (s)he walked was pure beauty and meant to happen just like it happened : )
