That's good to see, because although I really like Huberman and see the value in his work, I sense that there's an overall "lack of philosophy" in his podcasts (or maybe even in his work in general). His podcasts seem to be this huge list of tips and tricks without any underlying philosophy to connect them all, a very scientifically-minded mistake. Hence I like to see that he's boiled it down to a few main ones.
