Ramadan's dry fast

4 posts in this topic

As some of you might know..we are in Ramadan month now .the month in which Muslims abstain from food and water from the sunrise until the sunset.

What are the benefits of this dry fasting?

"When you get very serious about truth you accept your life situation exactly as it is. So much so that you aren't childishly sitting around wishing it were otherwise. If you were confined to a wheelchair you would just accept it as how reality is. Just as you now just accept that you are not a bird who can fly."

Consciousness gainz.

Even better if you skip food & water completely for the first 3 days (no refeeding at night).
