Funny Story About Enlightenment In My College Class Today

'Today during one of my college classes called "music appreciation", the teacher was talking to us about the different eras of music throughout history and then she started talking about the renaissance era. she said "from the medieval era we go to the renaissance era which happened during the enlightenment era. we became enlightened, very enlightened." when she said that at the top of my mine I went "if only she and everyone in this class knew what becoming enlightened truly means."

just think about that, only if they knew!!

I'm actually optimistic about the word getting out about Enlightenment. It's still very far out of the mainstream consciousness but I'm not counting out the Internet.
