Different experiences of time?

So you know how people say theyve experienced time in various different ways, for example instead of going forward in time it goes back in time, but then there's different dimensions of it, so there's "diagonal" in time or "up" or "down" in time, just imagine x,y,z axis and such like; if anyone has experienced that, using the limitation of words, how would you describe the experience or observation of those?

Even if you haven't experienced or observed it, then just as a thought experiment.

So what would a day of my life look like going diagonal in time?
