What do you  think of this? This Cleary looks like a Stage green move from orange in terms of economics and technology,( Opensource , sharing & Gift economy, from linear to networks based(IOT),Social Entreprenuership, from Geopolitics to Biosphere consciousness,..)

Anybody here working on a similar vision?

The people in society have to be ready and at a certain development for such a radical change. Jordan Peterson said that when one toxic narcissist joins a group of 20+ intellectual people who are high in openness, that one narcissist can pretty much destroy and disband that group. Simply because they don’t have the systems in play to recognize and deal with such individuals.

With these evolved kind of societies it will take a higher measure of maturity and trust for it to thrive. Or else it will be way too easy for toxic individuals to just destroy it from the inside. And that’s also the Irishmen of stage green, it is vulnerable from attack by the lower stages. Because stage green wants to try to understand, to show compassion and compromise. But compromise is not always an option.

Long video, I’ll have to watch it another time. But I’ve definitely been interested in these kind of topics for a long time.

It seems to me more of a question “when” rather than “if” we’ll make a shift to a more Green type of economy. What that looks like, I still don’t exactly know. Probably UBI and a reformation of the monetary system at least.

But undoubtedly, this economy will represent all the values that Green holds: sharing, equality, inner peace > material goods, “less is more”, return to nature, humanism, compassion, harmony, etc.

It will also have the shadows of stage Green, which will eventually become obvious and push us into Yellow. But we are still a long way from that point.

An extremely valuable book on this subject is Sacred Economics by Charles Eisenstein. He integrates ideas from degrowth scholars, indigenous wisdom, Keynes, Silvio Gesell, Georgism and many others. It maybe gets a bit idealistic at times, but I’ve found it to be one of those life-changing books.

@vizual Do you think  Stage yellow People are better to cope up with such people and design systems in such a way which helps to transition and maintain overall health of spiral?  such that narcissist people have very low chance to exploit
