Forget the title of this video.  This was probably one of the top five understandings that helped me on my spiritual journey. 

I'm willing to bet that this video is more relevant than almost any video out on the internet in regard to what the majority of people on this forum suffer from.  

Put simply, you think your the center the of the universe (in a non-freeing way) and as a result you give so much importance to this character, and you think everyone else does to.

I've wanted to and probably still will make a video on this same subject, but they nail it so well for the age group here I thought I'd share it now.
