What if my ego faked my passion?

How can I be sure, that after al the tests and thinking during the life puspose coarse, my ego didn't fool me?

You can tell by how you feel. Self honesty is the onion to peel. Feel your feelings with more and more refinement, acuity, Inner dishonesty is resistance to better feelings.
