Why does Leo seem depressed?

I might be wrong, but for someone so aware that they're God, Leo doesn't seem like a happy person.  Something's not right here.

I don't know if he's happy. but his mental outlook looks Very Tired. Little bit worried about his health.

Probably tired from health issues. Maybe also that even though Solipsism feels amazing, it can be a bit draining on your Ego over time.

Well I'm seriously ill and feel like I'm dying, but otherwise I'm happy.

Just like Love, happiness doesn't have to look a certain way. It's an inside job and its outward expression differs from person to person.

And from my perspective, he looks pretty happy to me.
