Intrinsic Motivation - Int. Politics/Societies

I’m observing that I’m intrinsically motivated by international politics. I spend quite a bit of time looking at how people perceive the world in different countries. Part of me thinks that I should create a life purpose around international politics. However, at the same time, another part of me feels apprehensive about this calling. Politics is rife with blaming, attacking, selfishness, and other kinds of devilry. So, kind of like candy, sometimes I wish I wasn’t so interested in absorbing these viewpoints, and I worry that it brings me to a lower vibration.

I wish I could find a healthy domain that I’m intrinsically drawn to. As. My life has progressed, though, it seems like this is an enduring fascination of mine. 

Not sure I’m expecting anything. Just visualizing this dilemma and trying to work through the best way forward. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
