Color preferences & what is your preference? and why is so

9 posts in this topic

I feel like we often ignore colors on daily base. But when its to come action we pick one like it matters. Also there is a pattern with our picks. For example girls never pick random color on dresses. They keep looking the damn thing like a geometry problem. My question is what is your favorite color, why is so? and is that color majority in your garderope?

Mine is brown, I have silly notion that it's the color underneath the rainbow and yes it's majority in my  garderope.

White/Black.

And about 50 shades of gray.

Blue.

I don't know why.

I love it. It speaks to me. It pulls me in.

I once had an LSD trip which looked like I was in some former life. All I remember was being in a wreckage, because there must have been an accident. It looked perhaps like inside of a car. I was trying to save myself by cutting the bottom, but I was suspended somewhere far up, so I just fell to my death. The vision ended with blackness.

But the insides of that "car" were blue and that's the last thing I saw before the fall.

Random trivia: Blue color has the most names for the different shades than any other color. While green is the ones that our eyes can distinguish the most shades of, that's why night vision goggles are green.

Most of my t-shirts and all of my jackets are navy blue (the dark, greyish kind). I often wear a cap which is also navy blue. Sometimes I'm pulled towards wearing red or white. My favorite color has always been red.

Intrinsic joy is revealed in the marriage of meaning and being.

Interesting stuff. Weird question but, did you accept the defeat before  all blackness and falling? I think that vision was open to possibilities.

I had smiliar experience with blackness in a dream. According to some voice  this  blackness is the worst  thing that ever could have happened and I didn't like this idea and wake up.

So our eyes evolve around the green that's interesting. Looks like a very interesting form of a survival.

Yeah, looks like you are also following a color pattern.

Yeah, looks like you are also following a color pattern.

No I didn't accept. I wanted to save myself, just to suddenly start falling to my death.

But I did accept it once in a dream I had, about 2 years ago. You know how you always wake up right before crashing to the ground? Well this time I didn't. I was hanging over a ledge of a bulding and started falling. But in the air I just said to myself "This is ok, I'm just going to go into a next life". I feel to the ground and then peaceful darkness. And then the dream ended.

This does show to me that I'm growing spiritually. Athough if it happened in real life, I don't know what if I would have the same strength.

Also, when staring at the computer screen for long periods of time, it's good for our eyes to look away at something else for brief moments, and, yes, the best thing would be to look at something green.

And thus completes all of the color trivia I had.

Wine red/purple-ish, since it is a bit of a mixture with red and blue. So it got a bit of complexity going for it. The heat/cold fusion, from the red/blue.

Yeah it seems like you are reaching high states, that's great, you are able to recall the dream experiences and  find the relationship between each alike. Maybe these visions are the precursors of this statement ''Athough if it happened in real life, I don't know what if I would have the same strength.''

Keep going :)

By itself, I like colors in the spectrum of blue the most, just cause I think it's calming and looks cool. Something interesting to note is that most people seem to statistically prefer the color blue.

My wardrobe looks more like dark red, black, or dark blues. I think those colors are distinctive but don't stick out too much. The only bright colors I'll wear are yellow or white. Other bright colors I think look too tacky or stupid for whatever reason, It makes me stick out too much. It's too jarring.

I might be willing to wear softer pastel colors, like peach or something, just cause I think they look cool and unique. They are really colorful but at the same time don't stick out that much, it has a softer edge. There's also something soothing about them to me.

I had no idea I had so many reasons for choosing my colors until I had to formulate it in this response, interesting
