Pickup is the same no matter where you do it: go talk to girls in clubs/bars at weekends, get yourself a wingman if you want

It doesn't need to be any more complicated than that at the start. Once you can reliably go out and talk to some girls then start looking for tips on how to improve or location specific advice

Most big (relatively) liberal cities in general will be great for making friends, networking and dating. There are some exceptions like if you live in a Muslim country or don’t speak the local language.
