Exploring paradoxes of consciousness

11 posts in this topic

For those of you who have had break through psychedelic experiences with a friend, partner or group, I would be interested in hearing what paradoxes you may have discovered. For example, becoming one another or having the awareness you are imagining each other. Exploring consciousness with a partner or group is a fascinating way to get more insight into it's unlimited nature.

If you explore consciousness deep enough, you'll realize there is no "other" to become, and no "other" that is imagining you.

Synchronicity, telepathy, it totally felt like we had one mind and we knew exactly what was the "other" thoughts.

and eyes gazing is super powerful, you can directly say that he's you, you are him. Theres no distinction between each other

NOT IN A GROUP but I became three entities at once. I became infinite awareness, some sort of hallucinated deity, and my ego self, all at the same time.

It caused a strange effect because my infinite self was above the hallucinated deity, but my ego felt below it.

I spoke to the deity which was my ego self talking, and spoke to it as though it were a superior to me. While simultaneously being it and encompassing it, and being more powerful than the deity.

I suppose the closest way to imagine that, is to imagine you are an infinitely powerful fly on the wall watching a conversation between two aspects of yourself.

@Forza21 What an amazing experience. Exploring consciousness and reality in this way certainly reveals some very interesting aspects of the infinite nature of consciousness that may not be revealed in solo trips.

@RMQualtrough It's like you were able to gain an exterior perspective of yourself and other aspects you were creating simultaneously, while maintaining the awareness it was all you.

I am continually surprised that more people are not deeply interested in understanding consciousness and reality. I can't think of anything more fascinating.

Have any of you experienced a holographic quality to consciousness during your trips? It seems to have the ability to sub divide itself endlessly and every division somehow contains the whole.

Here are a couple amazing infinity images from artist Anthony James. His work is incredible.

Have any forum members ever done 5-meo with a partner? I would be very interested in hearing about your experience.
