How to manage multiple relationships with girls

I started being an honest player for some months and I gathered a few girls I've been seeing recurrently.

Any tips from experienced people on how to manage this lifestyle best possible?

(In the next 6 months to a year I want to focus on myself, and I don't wish to mean more or anyone to mean more to me than my plans in regards to my progress)

Honesty about where you are and that it's not a one way street (that they are also allowed to explore others if they wanted) and reminding them consistently that you're not in a place to "commit" to one particular person etc. I know it can be awkward as hell sometimes but that's what it takes imo is to have these "awkward" conversations. All of this sort of transparency is required in ethical non-monogamy.

i think i see an error in your thinking-that if you label a girl a "girlfriend" that she is suddenly "more important than your plans". i think it's  ALOT less energy being diverted from your "plans" if you just commit to the girl you like most but set healthy boundaries through communication (set realistic expectations for her) that she isn't going to get as much attention as your plans

When a girl texts you you send that text to girl number two,

Automate this process so you can link girls to talk to each other disguised as you. This way they can all manage each others social expense. 

Monitor conversations for quality and if a certain pairing isn't working out mend it carefully for a week and then swap it with a different girl.

Bonus advice: start a business As a high-quality texting service.  This way you could hire people to manage them for you while also covering the expense of hiring people by taking on additional clients.
