Normal meditation is making me insane because it is making me aware of the craziness that is in me but OSHO says if you meditate after getting tired through jogging or catharsis etc then you will silent and not be aware of the insanity in you and hence not get mad. Is it right?

why not just try it for yourself? also, this craziness is anyway inside you, working subconscious and influences your behavior/psyche. just observe it in meditation and it becomes less and less
