Illumination Illusions

Many (most . . ok, all) so-called 'Illuminated' people are still dying like flies, to beat the band. 

What makes people of this generation think they are illuminated, when they die in the darkness of death like all past generations? 

I've been booted off all the 'christian' forums for asking such a question, some of them more than 4 times (which i consider a badge of honor, of course.
