Causes of self destructive behavior

5 posts in this topic

I've observed that I have been self destructive since my teenage years. What can be the causes behind self destructive behavior in both teens and adults?

Please give as many responses as possible. Because I'm researching into this. I want some ground breaking information.

Thank you so much for your help.

You have to self destruct to be congruent to the map of yourself and the world you have and you not aware of it that you have it...

You probably try to work on yourself and push your comfort and response from that is self destruction to get you back to your map...

There is nothing safe with playing it safe.

The groundbreaking information is that it is Now and these are thoughts. ♥️

Whatever the thought, if it doesn’t feel good - let it go.

when I have been self-destructive it has been because I had so much anxiety that I had to escape from it as it was unbearable. I don't know how it was possible to live like this, there was so much dissonance inside me that there was not a second of peace, so you use drugs, you get into toxic relationships, you do dangerous behavior, you are aggressive, addicted... all to have the feeling of that you escape even momentarily from the madness that is in you
