Posted March 4, 2022 @Yali We need to make distinction between physically destroying body and experiencing spiritual insight of no-self which means to lose sense of self aka ego, I, perceiver and doer. No one teaches you to kill your physical body and that is not spiritual practise, but plain stupidity and misunderstanding of the teach. Who told you that "others" are real?
