Got 2nd house from same Investor to do roof for.

Hoping this year will be better then previous one.

Passive income through rent is one of my future goals.

Since my roofing business is off due to bad weather and it is still not a real season I accepted full time job for now.Amount of personal growth is incredible.

I worked only 2 days then I resigned because got 2 new offers for my roofing business.Marketing is everything.
