Huperzia Serrata dosage

Hi. Please some help to get this right.

I bought a huperzia serrata extract that says 99%. 

The recommended dose of Huperzine-A would be about 100mcg per day,  but huperzia serrata is not pure huperzine A. 

My question is how much should I take of huperzia serrata in order to get the 100mcg dose of Huperzine-A??

As long as you take the right dose, it is safe
