How to deal with remote work

9 posts in this topic

I know remote working is a privilege, first because of saving so much time of commute and second of commodity (i can Fix myself proper meals, or even take a nap if i need It).

However i work in a small cubicle of a room with NO NATURAL LIGHT lmao, so basically 8 hours there + 8 hours sleeping. And one of my goals for this year and upcoming is socialize a lot more. Currently i am making sure I am out at least 3 hours i day. In weekends i try to do more of course.  It helps But still sometimes when i go back home i have this thought of "here we go again to the prison cubicle until Next day by 5-6pm ?")

Any additional advice guys?

Nice ? This is good timing since recently I've started to become interesting on writing my ideas/insights a little bit each day (even though its been just a journal tho').

Going to do some of that exercise now : )

Why in a cubicle? cant you just go to Starbucks, mall plaza or something?? Also If you are not taking enough D vitamin buy some supplements asap, D deficiency kills your mood very very badly.
