How to know when to approach

@Leo Gura After going out almost daily on the street I noticed that there are some very few girls who will look in the eyes back if made eye contact. Also I approached girls where I didn't reach the hook point but in very very few I reached. So when one can know it is the right to approach a girl if she ignores then ? If she looks back then is it right to approach her ? Anyways I also learned that rejections are a part of life. Almost an year back I posted a topic of getting rejected as I proposed one girl (which I did wrong) but now I am grateful that she rejected me a few days before I discovered that she has an abusive nature which I don't like.

Street approaches don't work in India because most girls think the guy is a pervert. 

Try building connections and friendships and a wider social circle. 

That way the girl knows you already through a common friend and you have better prospects. The girl is less likely to reject you. 

I never heard of street approaches in India. 

I never had a conversation with a guy on a street.

Also there are no clubs or bars in India where you can socialize. 

So you're basically screwed. 

Just have more friends and a huge social circle.

Yup the girls who came to me in my past are the source of this feeling. Anyways I feeling greatful that the girl whom I proposed rejected me as (I have listed the reason in above post). @Nahm However your question is difficult to understand .

What do you mean what can you do lol? 

It's called getting rejected, you take it like a man and move on with your life

India sounds like a terrible place for doing day gamey street pickup like this honestly
