Best Practices to Have the Highest Level of Mental Health?

What about the best practices to achieve peace, love, happiness, and as optimal mental health as possible? Other than the obvious ones such as: Nutrition, Supplements, Pharmaceuticals, Gratitude, Meditation, Kriya Yoga, Psychedelics, Sun, Earthing, etc. Or are the best practices to really dive deep and drastically improve your mental state of being just meditation, psychedelics, kriya yoga assuming you have very good physical health. I have worked very hard to optimize my physical health as I have invested tens of thousands of dollars into it and thousands of hours of research and implementation. I now believe it is time to work on my mental health. Any thoughts and recommendations would be greatly appreciated :)

All those are great. For me the missing link (on top of those mentioned) was unconditional love. I was doing a ton of self-therapy which moved through a lot of things, but in the end, the missing link lifted a massive burden for me in a short-ish period of time. Find a healer/good therapist if that's the last missing piece. Ego-transcendence, working on life purpose and practical aspects all helped a great deal.. however, if your trauma is deep it can be quite gripping and troublesome to let go 100% on your own.

@Austin Actualizing The ability to focus your mind. Most people have no control over their thoughts, which causes a lot of mental suffering. Also, in addition to what you listed I would add healing trauma, having a life purpose you are passionate about and cultivating a community of like minded people to be a part of. Physical fitness is vital too, but it sounds like that is already part of your routine.

Thoughts attract thoughts, and this reality is infinite mind, and swiftness in letting discordant thoughts go, ‘nipping it in the bud’ is the key. It does seem it’d be a matter of levels and achievement, but it isn’t. That is a conceptualization which, like all conceptualizations, is actually health adverse. Creating reality by default, is quite literally ‘done by’ well being. Interventions via beliefs are felt as discord, and manifest as ‘blockages’, and are unnecessary (cause we can nip it in the bud). 

The Loophole Shake.

It really is a loophole. There’s virtually nothing man made / synthetic in it (comparatively). Direct experience applies.

@Austin Actualizing I find the Wim Hof method is ridiculously effective for combating stress and resetting me. Works every time.

Long term, restoring functional breathing patterns is a big piece that people miss. You want to be around 6-10 breaths a minute. Most people are 15-20.

Following your heart and pursuing your own loves and interests, no matter how weird, insignificant or unfruitful you might judge them to be is key. It leads you to everything else you are wanting, to the most incredible people and discoveries and revelations. 

Also time in nature and/or just exploring your neighborhood, and just generally opening to life and the beauty of the moment. The key with both is in letting go of what you think or expect to come of something and just purely doing for the sheer joy of it.
