Learned to see the beauty in sadness, how can I do the same with fear and anger?

Over the last few years I have learned to accept and appreciate sadness, attuning to sadness feels beautiful, spiritual and liberating, as does crying but its rare when I gets that intense.

I have also learned to accept loneliness and see the beauty in it.

These insights have happened naturally without any input or directive from me.

Now...fear and anger, I reject those like the plague but they are inescapable, they bring so much pain to me, I sort of wish I saw the beauty on them too.

Any tips on how to "naturally" attune to those emotions so I don't feel in so much pain when dealing with those?

If you feel lonely in the first place there is work needed to be done.

Anger is like a tool you can use to cut people free from the ropes of the misery's and nonsense thinking. Don't run from anger use it with caution, god knows what would happen if you reject it.

Fear can make you alert when you are in a dire situation why run from that?

Anyone who says they’re enlightened on this form in anyway is not, except me I am.

I agree. The more my consciousness has expanded the less lonely I feel.
