Does anyone here draw mandalas?

   Anyone here an artist? Do you do contemplation using a journal? Do you sometimes contemplate while drawing?

   The point of contemplating is to derive some truth  and mentally penetrate into a topic, situation, aspects of the world and things with your thinking. To derive insights.

   The main problem for me is that contemplating using the mind or journal like in a logical mammer tires me out. I found that drawing a mandala, while focusing on a thing I want to contemplate, helps a lot more with the process.

   Apparently drawing mandalas help increase your concentration and widens your focusing abilities.
