Trans child custody case - are courts shifting to stage green?

This article has come out detailing how a father ended up losing custody of his child because the court essentially declared he wasn’t properly supporting of his sons new gender identity.

The author is stage blue-orange, however what’s interesting is she points out how the stage green gender affirming view was taken by the court as important, the judge herself seemed to be stage green as she had a trans child of her own, and there is further examples or how this is becoming the norm.

This may be an example of how even the judicial system, which is normally considered solid stage blue and orange, might already be rapidly shiftng to green, and in this case the court seemed to side against the stage orange father for insufficient green understanding.

Over time the courts will tend to adopt the cultural dogma, independent of what stage they are at, so that is something to keep in mind. In this case it seems more like an individual judge is stage green (or partly stage green) or appears to be, rather than a systemic change of the judicial system. We have to be careful with rapid shifts, because often those are not genuine evolutions up the spiral but rather an enforcement of cultural norms (memes of a certain stage) through mechanisms of lower stages. For example, shame will be used to enforce LGBTQ dogma, rather than compassion. A stage blue person for example might adopt stage green memes because they are collectivist, rather than genuinely caring about the issue. They care about it because they know they should care about it, otherwise, shame on them!

This is really one of those things that just needs to be tested and experienced more by more people from all sides until we know the right way to go about it. This is uncharted and new territory. Adolescent trans rights is obviously something we should explore but the processes of how, what’s safe, whats unsafe, what’s partisan, what’s naive green, what’s draconian blue, etc will just take more time to figure out. I’m not entirely for a mental health system that just blindly encourages transition for adolescent teens but also I think it should absolutely be an option for those that have been keenly identified and are fully ready to make a transition. Green wants their cake and to eat it too sometimes. The whole sports thing for example is ridiculous. If they have been through puberty don’t just act like it’s all good and in the name of compassion and acceptance will 100% solve all problems. These things are nuanced and require building up some systems so everyone’s needs are properly and compassionately met.

How is this whole Trans stuff not blue for you guys? Feels like it to me here in Germany. Whenever I try to talk to someone about it... Pure dogma/Ideology 

What I get from them is that they mistake the cultural perspective as "absolute" - e.g. they are female yet don't fit into the "female", culture portrays to them, so they escape into some narrative/story so they don't have to feel themselves.

Government action to help marginalized groups is green, in this instance they’d argue its necessary to help the trans child.

of course this will ultimately end up at the supreme court, currently very conservatively biased so not much hope of this getting adopted

unless joe gets real lucky in next year or two that is ....

I don’t think so, the Supreme Court punt a lot and this is more of a custody thing.
