@CuriousityIsKey ok I have another one might help. 
Use your hand as a scanner , on your own pace feel your head with your hand ✋ circle your hand all around your head while having your eyes closed. What if your eyesight was on your feats are you still the head?. Or maybe we identify as the head because thoughts ? are created by the head
