Paracetamol. Twice a day for 3 days.

And then once a day for additional 3 days.

This is to reduce inflammation but I tried natural ways to reduce it

Best is Orange juice, (guava juice is preferable high in vit C).

I drank two bottles of orange juice just an hour ago to build up my immunity.

Drink lots of water to flush the inflammation.

My brain is still stuffed from inflammation but it is getting better.

Thanks.

What do you mean by your brain is stuffed from inflammation? You mean you have headache?

Paracetamol does NOT have any antiinflammatory properties!

It helps to bring down the temperature.

My temperature is back down to 36c. I'm taking some vitamins now. Feeling better. I think I had covid and then I got the winter flu. Cause the first week was more like COVID symptoms. I even lost my smell but it's back now. But I then got sick again with slightly different winter cold symptoms. May have picked up what my gf's roommate had. Sucks. Finally feeling a bit better. Will rest till Monday. How you feeling? @Preety_India

I'm doing better. My coughing has significantly reduced. But I still have inflammation. Sinuses and generally feeling weak. I feel a bit fragile when I walk. I'm drinking juices to cope. Maybe another week of rest might bring down the inflammation.

Yes, it reduces fever but not inflammation.

By the way, didn't I get natural immunity now? Isn't that how vaccines supposed to work.

I think now a vaccine would be redundant anyway?

I'm not sure.

Yes. You dont need a vaccine for now.
If you really WANT to, you can get a booster in 6-9 months.

Also, drinking 2 bottles of orange juice is not healthy. Way too much fructose.
Eat real oranges or take a Vitamin C supplement if you "want to boost" immunity.

Also, if you want to get some release with your sinusitis - get some Ibuprofen (up to 1000mg a day for 3 days) and stop the paracetamol

I discovered that lemon juice is helping me a lot.

Omg. It's releasing that inflammation.

I forgot to take my medication and I didn't feel the need for it. I woke up as though I had taken the medication. I kept sipping lemon juice and it's helping with my immunity.

I'm feeling so good..

lemon slices, a tiny bit of ginger, honey and hot water is also a really good drink for this

I'm feeling better too but still have 37c fever. Hope I'll be better Monday.
