Hello

I had a profound experience on BUFO ( first time) , I remember being in a mystical union with GOD and love, I can go on but it won't capture the beauty of the experience. 

I felt my ego coming back though right after, so how do you deal with that? 

I just need to integrate and bring the lessons from that non dual experience to the duality that we live in.

It was a profound experience but then the ego kicked back in. It was very beautiful still. 

I learned that death is imaginary because I felt the death of me. 

I learned that I need to watch out what kind of information I consume..

I was laughing and giggling throughout the whole experience from the profundity of it.

I saw a crack being opened in front of me too..

I felt that I was back home and that it was infinite

it was beautiful and my words are not giving the experience its full value. its beyond words

beautiful. what helped me was realizing that the ego isnt bad, or a problem, or something to try and change,  fix, or get rid of, just to make friends with and understand at my own pace.
