Is Oneness more fundamental than Love?

If Infinity is Love because Infinity is One, is it not the case that Oneness is more fundamental than Love?

This is what the Ra Materials Book 2, session 1 seems to suggest in saying that Love is the second distortion of The Law of One, after Free Will (The desire of Oneness to know itself).

possibly it could be that Oneness is totally self-accepting, therefor being Love more as a potential than as a reality, because Oneness does not yet know Itself so there is nothing to love.

the existence of this potential, or quality, however, may negate the question. Hard to know.

Then again, how could we know if Oneness is “self-accepting” in its condition of not knowing itself (there being nothing to accept)? 
Maybe if Oneness is self-aware in its most primal form.

Not two. 

“Knowing itself” & “self-accepting” are the illusion of thoughts / thought attachment, based on the belief ‘it’ is experiencing an ‘itself’ (thoughts). 

‘The tongue can not taste the tongue’. 

Infinity is neither a noun, quality, state or fact. These are thoughts.
