I heard that manosphere split into groups .what are those sub groups.is it redpill and migtow

I've never heard anyone who is "in the manosphere" use the term manosphere before. So it me it mostly just seems like a catch-all that people not "in the manosphere" use to villainize others.

Online groups tend to act like fractals, splitting off, then splitting off again, into infinity.

It could include incels, forever alone (less toxic incels), mgtow, volcels, femcels, pickup artists, father's rights groups, people who oppose 3rd wave feminisim, TERFs. Under each of those there are a dozen communities and groups. There's overlap with alt-right and far-right groups. Some people would probably go as far as to say that bodybuilders or anyone that glorifies masculinity is part of the manosphere. Maybe even stuff like ArtofManliness that just teaches guys masculine skills and hobbies.

I guess I would ask... what's the purpose of your question? What value do you get out of identifying and putting people into these groups? Does it add anything to know that mgtow is a subcategory under manosphere, why not just take mgtow on its own for the information they espouse and not conflate them with adjacent groups?

MGTOW is not a healthy lifestyle for men at all!!
the red pill, however, could get better in some cases, but it doesn't mean it doesn't have any rigid beliefs about women, so like every school on earth, it can get toxic too. you should strip away the red pill off its bad layers and eat the delicious part of it. 
but all in all, don't get caught and engrossed in modern schools and movements at all, the best approach in life is to absorb dating advice from many sources and come up with your own made-up positive agenda towards dating!

There was never a big group called "manosphere". This is just an artificial consolidation of several groups that consist of man, and it's usually done by opposing groups like e.g. feminists.

The manosphere can include all kinds of groups like e.g. men's rights activists, PUAs, incels, red pillers, black pillers, Mgtow etc.

It helps the opposing groups to attack and strawman whichever group is in question.

E.g. an argument might be: pick up artists are part of the manosphere (even though they themselves never claimed to be part of some group called manosphere), incels are also part of the manosphere. There was some shooting in a university where 6 people were killed by somebody who consumed incel ideology, so now we conclude this:

PUA = manosphere

incel = manosphere

incel = homicidal maniac

PUA = potential homicidal maniac

So amongst other things the term serves to villainize members of a certain community more easily by forming associations with other groups etc.

It also serves the egos of members of opposing groups, because they can just simplify things by saying "aahhh wait, so they are a part of the manosphere, right?! ok, then we know what's up"

the most promising aspect of personal development in the manosphere is redpill. others are depressive and demotivating like MGTOW. 
redpill is not only about men and women in general but it encompasses so many topics around the world that are happening.
a redpilled guy/gal is someone who already has realized what's goin' on behind the scenes in politics and...

@hamedsf there is a systamatic attack on masculinity and men.people say they start to spot it from 2000.genders are getting blurred.wikipedia ,cnn and other big names made shit post about redpill.rollo tomassi looks like a perfectly healthy guy to me and he made a lot of sense.everywhere i look in internet 90 % are shit post on redpill.but thank god i understood redpill from day one and made a lot of sense to me.today with lot of anti redpill content and people like leo who talk shit about redpill, i might not have read red pill

There was a pickup artist movement 

the red pill spawned from there

mgtow kind of started as its own thing and also spawned off the redpill

incels started as their own thing. It kind of started on a forum called PUAhate later turned into Sluthate, and they only started referring to themselves as incels sometime after Elliot Rodger died.
