5-meo-dmt + Vr = ???

What if during a trip you put on a VR headset with this on? What if this technology could be used somehow to accelerate people's development towards enlightenment?

What if we used the visuals to intensify the spiritual impact of psychedelics by, for example, seeing a virtual version of your body in first person and then losing parts of the body to help convince you that you're not the body etc?

I know this is unnecessary to become enlightened but what if it could help persuade people who aren't as inclined to become enlightened to consider the path?

My guess is that VR would look rather flat and uninteresting during a 5-MeO or mushroom experience.

What if during a 5-MeO-DMT trip you would become the infinite potential of reality itself? Would VR even be remotely comparable to it? I don't think so.

From the sound of it, If a 5-Me0 trip isn't "enough" for you then you're probably doing something wrong. My guess is most people can't even handle that.

My guess is you wouldn't be remotely aware of it.

*I would suppose all "this" would fall away into one. VR included.

A attachment to visuals does not lead to detachment.
VR without drugs might give you some cool insights do. Like for example how little your eyes actually do, and how most of the stuff you see is created by your mind.
VR is quite affordable now a days and its worth if for the porn alone

@Beyond Words I've been busy researching fpv racing drones. I am going to make one soon.
 

I think there is potential to generate an experience of non-localized awareness for a subject who flies with you through a space and then potentially fly around the subject (who wears fpv goggles with you) and have them contemplate their point of awareness.

Once you have been flying for a while you're mind will "bind" to the perspective of the drone and then when you are looking at yourself through the drone you will become aware of yourself from another perspective.

I don't know how it will work yet but I really feel like there could be something to this.

Imagine you were sitting there as you witnessed yourself through the drone whilst contemplating your point of awareness/self.

Of course psychedelics are powerful enough on their own, but they do nothing to people who aren't open to trying them.

The point of this topic is more to encourage ways to potentially "market" enlightenment for the greater good of humanity, to find easier ways than generating open mindedness towards psychedelics or meditating 10,000 Hrs to get people on board.
