Lost a post about lucid dreaming

I lost a post that talked about lucid dreaming on this forum.

If someone knows which post Im talking about can you please link it.

It was super in-depth about all the things you can do while lucid dreaming. It was talking about stuff like gaining more time in a dream, being in a dream for 6 months, learning skills, meeting other souls etc.
