What do disturbing and intrusive thoughts signify?

Probably that I am in a low vibrational pattern and end up, especially at night where fear lingers, attracting borderline disturbing thoughts of demonic creatures or donald duck killing himself and becoming donald Trump and way worse and yeah

How do I make them stop? Is it tied to dissociaton? .. do i need to cleanse my subconscious or something

@KatiesKarma do u often have these intrusive thoughts  ? and try to fight them back saying they are not urs?

these intrusive thoughts are linked to pure OCD. Ig CBT and meditation helps for most. I have had a similar intrusive thought loop when I went through the breakdown of my rationalist material paradigm. I used to get the thoughts of the most horrible stuff i could ever imagine like driving over pedestrians while driving and stabbing my parents. maybe u too are going through a such paradigm shift and in a radical shift like that, ego throws up such thoughts in defense of the existing worldview.

Judgement. They can happen a lot when the mind begins to truly get quiet for the first time as well. Just let it happen and observe without judgement. When no one is listening to them, they tend to not arise very much, and when they do, no one cares.
