How to develop integrity? How to choose love over fear?

How do I develop enough integrity to not be intrigued by selfishness?

I see the power of love and selflessness. Especially in very conscious moments the glory of it is so obvious but the temptation of fear and selfishness can be equally as enticing. The devil is so seductive…

Is it just about burning though karma? Is it just about choosing fear over and over again until suffering gives birth to the desire for love? Is surrender the answer?

I wouldn’t necessarily seek integrity. That can backfire and turn into you moralizing yourself and creating a shadow for not being more selfless. That’s sort of the stage Blue “pious” trap.

Integrity and selflessness are really just the product of spiritual development.

I would commit to awareness, healing, contemplation, authenticity and discovering your “true self” instead.

From there, integrity naturally arises because you’ll be in alignment. You’ll no longer be in conflict with yourself.

i think you can do it simultaneously while integrating your shadow. like you dont see the lack of integrous acts as evil, but as human

You can bring compassion and understanding to the parts of you that haven't been integrous
