How do I resolve emotions like Nausea, headaches, guilt, shame etc?

I know they are here, and I've let them go on psychidelics, but they are still stuck in my being and idk how to resolve them

Amazing - to see and admit this is already a big, and honestly a difficult, step. Because it dismantles the mind with its absolute statements of what it thinks all this means. You don't know - and neither do I. This is great because it allows us to question all the beliefs we have or want to have. Do you really know it's all that shitty? Or if you're honest, are you just feeling pain? Yeah, it sucka to feel that, I know. But does that really tell you anything about Truth? It's just an open question.

If you dont name and label the emotions, will there be those emotions? Such as if you never learn the feeling of guilt, will it be exist? Shame and guilt definitely are being attached and naming and labeling the thoughts. However, headaches or nausea are physical pain and we still sane way get identified with the pain as learning what is the pain, however overcoming from physical pain needs a long term sitting hundreds of hours meditation, so you can empty your mind and not even get in touch with thought or feeling process of physical pain.

yeah man...I just cannot fathom the suffering that veils us all. thanks dude, i will think it over...  

we could say suffering itself is also a form of love and suffering has to exist for the duality of pleasure and pain. and why am I here enjoying all the amazing luxuries  while those bums on the street no place to call home have nothing to eat, millions die tonight without food, women  gangraped and all the shit. why on earth I am having this comforts and millions die without them?
