even if i read a book to improve my communication it wouldn't work yet key and may be in the future i will do that

can't even take action even though i want to 

cause even when i take action a bunch of emotions come up anger plus fear and i can't even read the paper right infront of me 

the only time i can clearly see the paper and document is just an hour before the test that is when my mind is free

even if i take action on creating diagrams it still wouldn't make a difference and wouldnt matter the same goes for math that i wouldn't be able to remember it or understand it the same for py and for essay too
