true bro. I 'm really working on reducing this addiction .at least give up porn first .

 U see, we grew up with the porn and internet .most of the guys been watching porn since the age of 13,14. mere willpower won't break addictions like this since it is like keeping a ball under water. once the pressure is removed, it relapses.

Fapping and porn habit is toxic and unhealthy and causes unnecessary problems. So I decided to quit for good.

my take is do it fully til you see the futility ... truly get it out of your system once and for all ... sex is just one way to peek at god ... have not masturbated in years and don't think about it ... still get horny seeing hot girls but it is just love i feel for them not the desire for sex ... last had sex in 2019 and have not been involved since then

both huh.. stone age hunter gatherers ,agricultural revolutionaries, medieval folks never had access to seeing such a splendid number of hot sex that we have access today other than their imagination and fantasy.
