How Can I Really Get Started?

Hello. I've been watching Leo now for 2 years at least. I love listening to him. I agree with what he says. But, though I did some personal development, like 1 month meditating, reading, now,  I feel like they are kind of superficial. I meat Leo talks about deep things. But what I ask is how can I start REALLY get started into Self actualization? What can I do so I would be really growing? (My emotions at the moment feel that I didn't  self actualized, though I did some work)

I want my higher self to win the fight.  I want my lower self to go away. Thank you.
