Good video on how to increase empathy

I've been subscribed to this fella's Youtube channel for a while now and find him to be very wise, the following video is his most recent upload and I found it very insightful, so I figured I'd share it here:

Just learn to empathize with yourself. If you love yourself, it is easier to like others. Although I don't recommend you like others more than yourself. No one should love others more then oneself.
