Stretching/yoga routines for beginners?

I currently have no stretching or yoga routine right now & just focus primarily on bodybuilding.

Is there any good stretching/yoga routines that I could incorporate as a beginner as I have never really done anything like that before?

Any good resources anyone can recommend?

I am a massive advocate for Sadghurus practices. 

I would suggest registering for an in person or online Upa Yoga program. The one of his app is a little different to how an Isha teacher will teach it, it's like half the practice. 

Or, Sadghuru actually recommends beginners start with Angamardhana, then do Upa Yoga. But all of them will benefit you.
